Booking/Payment
All exhibitors and advertisers must read and agree with the terms and conditions as set out by The Suffolk Wedding Show in association with Suffolk Events prior to completing the booking form and sending payment. Also contact us prior to completing the booking form to check availability.
Full payment along with the signed paper or online booking form must be sent to Suffolk Events within the agreed invoice time scale; receipt of payment will confirm your booking. Chosen pitches are not guaranteed until exhibitors have received confirmation from Suffolk Events. Cheques should be made payable to “Suffolk Events”, 17 Chilton Road Ipswich IP3 8PD.
Ensure all booking form information is correct at the time of booking, Suffolk Events cannot be held responsible for any wrong information given within the form.
N.B. No stands can be sub-let under any circumstances.
Advertising
All artwork, editorial and website information for adverts must be sent to Suffolk Events within the agreed time scale ready for publication. Suffolk Events cannot be held responsible for missed deadlines.
A charge of £35 is payable for any artwork that is not send in a ready to print file.
Health & Safety
All equipment over three years old must be covered by a PAT certificate; any new equipment must be in a safe condition. Exhibitors are asked to supply their own extension leads if required and that they are fixed to avoid trips and falls.
Exhibitors are requested not to dismantle exhibits prior to the closing of the show.
Courtesy
All exhibitors are kindly asked to keep their products and services within the agreed hired space at all times, Suffolk Events reserve the right to ask you to reduce your space at any time if this agreement is violated.
Public Liability Insurance
Please note all exhibitors are required to provide their own personal & public liability insurance whilst exhibiting at The Suffolk Wedding Show. Please ensure you have a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate to hand on the day for inspection purposes. Suffolk Events cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to exhibiters property prior, during or after the event. Please note most policies do not cover damage caused by naked flames so please ensure your policy covers this when using candles within your exhibition space. Cancellation
If a trade stand cancellation is made within 16 weeks of the show and Suffolk Events are able to re-sell your pitch prior to the event, a refund less £30 administration fee will be issued. In the unlikely event of Suffolk Events being unable to re-sell your pitch no refund will be offered. Cancellations within 15 weeks of the show will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event of the show being cancelled due to extreme circumstances out of our control Suffolk Events cannot be held responsible for loss of income or projected income from the event. No refunds will be offered.
